Almost 90% of the time, individuals are told that they should eat right or what not to eat, or even both. But less than half of these times do these times, we aren't told what to eat. Knowing what to eat and how much of it you can actually have is the first, most important part of a Healthy Lifestyle. Understanding how to properly mix your carbs, proteins, and fats in each meal will help set yourself up for success everyday.

What to eat?

In this blog, we have listed the most basic examples of proteins and which can be consumed. Listed in GREEN are the healthy proteins that should be consumed more often; in YELLOW are the proteins that can be consumed once in while, but not consecutively; in RED are the proteins one should strictly stay away from.

CARBOHYDRATES:

How much to eat?

HAVING THE CORRECT PORTIONS IS ALSO ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SUCCESS. Eating the right foods in an over proportioned manner is not at all a good idea. You can use the most simple tool - YOUR HAND - to measure the right portions for each food so you know how much to eat to meet your nutritional needs and feel satisfied. You don't have to count calories or weigh your food. You will have the exact measurement of what to eat by using you own hands, according to your body type. We all have different nutritional needs, so don't compare your portion sizes to someone else's.
